Shelly joined Provisio in 2009 as a Client Service Associate, and transitioned to Financial Planning Assistant by 2013. Shelly is a dedicated liaison between the advisor and client. As a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™, she assists the advisor with any administrative aspects of financial plans and technical aspects of client reporting and technology.

Melanie joined Provisio in 2022 as a Client Service Associate, providing concierge service for our clients. She is an experienced professional with a background in accounting operations, and provides a broad range of support.
