Client Service Associate

Melanie joined Provisio in 2022 as a Client Service Associate transitioning from her prior career in accounting in the Aviation industry in Alaska. She is a dedicated liaison between the client and the advisor, providing concierge service. She has completed her Professional Accredited program for Microsoft Excel and uses her accounting background for client administrative questions.

Melanie acquired her Bachelor’s of Science Technology in Business Management and an Associate of Applied Science in Professional Piloting from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Many years later she again attended UAA and acquired her Associate of Applied Science in Accounting.

She is from Eagle River raising her 3 sons as a single Mom. She has provided volunteer work through Survivor Outreach Services with JBER, the Alaska Airmen Associate Trade Show, and the Treasurer of HS Football Boosters. She is now the Treasurer of the JROTC of Eagle River High School.
